Present at the meeting were Mr. Vincenzo Olita (Director of Società Libera), Ms. Tran Dung Nghi (Federation of Asian Countries for Human Rights), Mr. Pierre Martial (France Aung San Suu Kyi), Ms. Fabelle (France Aung San Suu Kyi), Ms. Maria Perrone (Società Libera), and Mr. Armand Clerc (Coordinator of the communities of support for Tibet in Europe).

The committees discussed the organization of the next 6th International March for Freedom and the steps which will be taken to present a resolution to the European Parliament for the establishment of a European Day for the Freedom of Oppressed Peoples and Minorities.

The date of the march for this year is set on 19 October 2013 at 5 pm. Once again 5 cities will be involved (Rome, Paris, Berlin, Brussels, and Barcelona) but differently from last year’s march there will be a torchlit march during evening hours.

The site is back online for the 6th International March. The date for the March has been set to Saturday 19 October 2013, at 5 pm. Once again the March will see the participation of 5 cities (Rome, Paris, Berlin, Barcelona, and Bruxelles).

Società Libera, a Liberal Culture Association, independent and non partisan, and the Transnational Radical Party organize on 13 October at 15:00 (3 pm) the 5th International silent March for Freedom, to denounce the lack of freedom many Peoples and Minorities are enduring.

Representatives of the following communities: Vietnamese, Burmese, Cabinda, Cambodian, Democratic Chinese, Tibetan, Iranian, Laotian, Uyghur, Khmer Kampuchea Krom, Kurd, and many others shall meet simultaneously in five European cities.
